Becky Hussein
Head of Customer Service
  • My Role

    As the Head of Customer Service I oversee the running of the Customer Care Co-ordinators and Administration Team. I offer support and guidance to my team and regularly review internal processes to make sure we are the best and offer our customers the best service at all times.

  • My Experience

    I joined the company in 2008, previously working in the financial sector gaining experience in Customer Service and Administration. During my 8 years at Adjustamatic I have worked within Marketing, Administration, Sales Support and Customer Care, where I have gained vast knowledge of the business and providing the best Customer Service.

  • My Strengths

    The team and I always strive to achieve excellence in everything we do and are passionate about our Customers, aiming to provide a 5* Service throughout their experience.

  • My Life

    Outside of work is spent with my little girl and husband. My main loves in life (other than them) is good food, shopping and a good catch up with friends.

Rochelle Wilson-Eldridge
Customer Support Co-Ordinator – South & East
  • My Role

    I am responsible for maintaining good customer relationships by liaising with customers, regional managers, sales advisors and the Contact Centre, ensuring we deliver a high standard and ultimately a five star service to our customers.

  • My Experience

    In my career to date I have gained experience and skills in Customer Service and Administration, both of which I enjoy doing and love doing my job. I joined Niagara Healthcare early 2015 and I have assisted in building the Customer Support team, where our aim is to provide a 5* service to all of our existing and future customers.

  • My Strengths

    The team and I act as a supporting link between all areas of the business, from the call centre to our sales team and the factory. Communication is key and we are a tight team where we support each other. We really believe in the core values of the company and demonstrate these in everything we do.

  • My Life

    Holidaying and spending time with my friends, making memories. I am a Liverpool supporter, I follow football religiously and I love to cook.

Cassey Saffin
Customer Support Coordinator – West & Northern Ireland
  • My Role

    I work closely with the team leaders and managers within the West and Ireland region, ensuring that all customer enquiries and orders are processed smoothly. I monitor feedback from agents and update orders as well as dealing with customers directly.

  • My Experience

    I joined the company in April 2016, previously I have worked as an engineer coordinator, logging service/repair appointments allocating engineers for maintenance work.

  • My Strengths

    I also monitor agent feedback following appointments and work closely with the team leaders within our contact centre to ensure appointments are completed and have accurate information, and that above all we have delivered exceptional service.

  • My Life

    Outside of work I enjoy socialising with friends and family, as well as attending shows and the Cinema.
