15 year guarantee

*15 year guarantee is available on completion of the product guarantee card. 15 year guarantee is available on the bed frame only. 15 year guarantee is available on the Heritage (all models), Elite and Elan ranges only. Please refer to the product guarantee card for full terms and conditions.


This product has been manufactured with care an attention by experienced craftsman using the finest materials and components. 

The guarantee starts from the date of delivery and provides cover against any manufacturing fault or component failure for two years from that date unless specified otherwise. This includes upholstery, wood parts, foam, fillings, control electronics, cables and motors. Should a part of the product become defective within two years of the date of delivery due to faulty material, component failure or workmanship, NHC Technology Ltd (t/a Adjustamatic Beds Ltd) will provide a free repair or replacement if a repair is not possible.

The two-year guarantee does not apply to mattresses, promotional items such as companion chairs/sofas, or sold as seen/clearance items, which will carry a one-year guarantee from the date of delivery. The SleepID® Mattress is guaranteed for two years from the date of delivery.

This guarantee is valid for proven manufacturing defects only. Problems such as wear and tear, accidental damage, negligence of use or abnormal operating conditions due to failure to follow the provided instructions for use given in writing or verbally and poor aftercare are excluded. The equipment must not be tampered with or taken apart by anyone who is not one of the Company’s service engineers.

Please note if no fault is found or misuse has been established on initial service inspection of product when we attend a service call or receive portable equipment, then a charge may be applied to cover call out and time allowed.

This guarantee does not extend to non-domestic usage, nor to goods which are taken outside of the UK.

Please note the mechanical metal frame chassis only of specific beds (Heritage, Elite and Classic) has an additional fifteen year applicable and the guarantee will be given to you at the time of delivery. This is subject to completion of the customer registering this extension with the company within two months of delivery.

This guarantee is non-transferable and is specific to the name and details of the original purchaser.

This guarantee is invalid if an installed product (adjustable furniture) develops a fault as a result of it being moved to a new address other than within the original purchasers address, unless undertaken by our specialist delivery team.

Please also refer to your terms and conditions, clause 10. Your statutory rights are not affected.

How To Enter:

  • Entrants must use the Refer a Friend form to refer their friends, or to confirm that they have been referred by a friend. If a Form has been completed this needs to be posted to

Any entries received via an alternative means other than via the Refer a Friend form, will not be accepted.

  • You must be or have been a Niagara Healthcare Group of companies customer to leave an entry, and be eligible to win the prize.
  • In order for the referral to qualify for the reward the referred friend must be a new customer to the Niagara Healthcare Group of companies and over the age of 18 and the referred friend must meet the conditions of their reward.

The Prize:

  • The Prize for referring a friend/s is entry into a monthly prize draw, with the chance to win a £100 Amazon Gift Voucher (“The Prize”). The Prize is non-negotiable and cannot be exchanged, upgraded, transferred, or refunded for a physical alternative. However, if we are unable to provide an Amazon Gift Voucher, for any reason, we will choose a subsequent alternative prize of the same value.

Sending the Prize:

  • During the first week of every month, the referred entries will be reviewed, and a winner chosen at random.
  • The referring policyholder, “The Referrer”, will be contacted via email by a representative of Niagara Healthcare. If The Promoter (Niagara Healthcare) does not receive a response from The Referrer within 7 days after first contact, The Promoter shall deem the prize as unclaimed.
  • The Referrer will be contacted via the telephone number entered during the referral. It is up to the Referrer to make sure his/her details are correct before submitting.
  • The Referrer will be sent their prize via email or post.
  • If upon review of the entries received, the referred friends are found to have bought and subsequently cancelled their order, any entry to the prize draw will be removed. The Referrer must have, or have had a completed order; and the Referred must have made a purchase (and not cancelled/returned) in order to be entered into the prize draw.
  • The Promoter is entitled to change, amend, extend, cancel, or review the ‘Refer a Friend’ form, terms and conditions and any other relevant material as required without prior notice. By entering, entrants will have agreed to abide by these terms and conditions and any revisions or amendments. The entrant agrees that The Promoter will not accept liability for such changes, or any inconvenience caused as a result thereof.
