Covid-19 Update – April 2022

The global coronavirus pandemic has created an increasing number of challenges to individuals, families, communities, customers, and companies. It is a unique situation we find ourselves in, as most of us have never experienced a health crisis of this scale.

We continue to closely monitor government guidelines, and it is our priority to protect the health, safety and wellbeing of our customers and workforce, so we have updated our measures to ensure everyone’s safety.

We are open for business as normal as all our customers are important to us and we understand the difference our products and services can make to our customers’ health at home.


Comfort You Control

Our beautifully designed products and NHC Cyclo-Therapy® is developed to healthcare standards to help you ‘Stay Healthy at Home’.

You Can Safely have a FREE demonstration of our medical grade products in the comfort of your own home.

Our friendly home demonstration advisors will adhere to the government guidelines that apply at the date and time of your demonstration. As good practice we will ask our advisors to:

  • Wear a mask.
  • Wash and sanitise their hands before and after a demonstration.
  • Thoroughly cleaning any product demonstrated.

Prior to our visit, we will ask you to confirm that no one in your household is displaying any Coronavirus symptoms.

All our staff are following Coronavirus self-assessment guidance, and if they show associated symptoms or test positive they will immediately self-isolate for the recommended specified period or until testing negative.

We’re proud to be a British hand-made manufacturer that can safely deliver with social distancing and without delay.

When will my product be delivered?

Unlike other companies you will not have to wait too long, because we make all our own products to order, at our factory in North Wales. Our dedicated team are working to safe Coronavirus guidelines and can quickly respond to your needs. We will keep you informed on a regular basis of your forecast delivery date.

FREE and safe contactless Delivery / Installation.

Our own dedicated team are trained to provide full installation and a ‘how to use’ demonstration. All product deliveries and installations will be undertaken within the safest and most hygienic way.

  • We will contact you prior to and on the day with a delivery time slot.
  • Our delivery/installation technicians will comply with the set government Covid-19 guidelines at the date of your delivery and wash and/or sanitise their hands before and after every delivery,
  • You can isolate in a different room while your product is installed and then you will be provided with a ‘how to use’ demonstration whilst still maintaining social distancing if preferred.
  • Unfortunately, we are unable to remove your old products.

Our dedicated service team will continue without delay to provide a safe and effective service so you can continue to enjoy the comfort and benefits your Adjustamatic product provides.


My product needs a repair

Safe Product Servicing: In the unlikely event your product needs attention, we have dedicated trained service engineers ready to assist.

Please contact us on 01745 811224 and our service department and engineers will be happy to assist with your request as soon as we can.

All engineer call outs will be undertaken within the safety guidance specified. We will contact you with a service time slot.

Our service engineers will comply with 2 metre social distancing, wear the appropriate PPE, and wash and/or sanitise their hands before and after every service.

You can isolate in a different room whilst your product is being assessed and work undertaken.


I am having problems getting through to you on the phone

Your call is very important to us, but we ask for your patience at this time.

We sincerely apologise if that is the case, we may have reduced staffing due to Covid-19 so you may not get through to us immediately, please leave a message and we will respond as quickly as we can.
