Lifetime aftercare every 2 years
At Adjustamatic, we don’t rest until we know you’re happy and comfortable. That’s why our service will continue long after you’ve received your adjustable bed or riser recliner chair.
With any bed or chair you purchase, we offer an optional home visit every 2 years to see how you’re getting on. And it’s completely free of charge. Because we know long term back pain, sciatica and other health conditions don’t just go away overnight – and neither does our concern for your health.
What does the aftercare service involve?
Within 2 years of your purchase with us, a friendly member of our customer service team will call up to book in an aftercare visit at a time and date that is convenient for you.
One of their first ports of call will be to ask if you want a visit. If you do, they will then check if you want anyone else there with you to provide any support – even if it’s just a friend or family member putting the kettle on while you sit down for a chat with one of our consultants.
On the day of the appointment, our expert consultant will drop by at the agreed time. He or she will assess your adjustable bed or riser recliner chair for any wear and tear, before chatting to you about your experience with it. If there is any wear and tear which is covered by the warranty, they will help get this fixed. If this is reported ahead of the visit, they may even be able to sort it there and then.
When do you make home visits?
We will only ever come for a home visit when and if you want us to. As we understand that you’re inviting us into your home, we organise these visits solely on your availability and convenience.
Our home visits happen 7 days a week, with three slots available at 10am, 12pm and 2pm. Each of our consultants cover a few different areas local to them, so we’ll almost always be able to get someone out to you at short notice if need be.

My overall experience of purchasing from Adjustamatic has been marvellous. I am yet to see another company match the service of Adjustamatic. Like any business there has been a few issues but Adjustamatic are professional, polite and prompt in resolving them.
The delivery of my bed was delayed due to a fire in their factory this meant they had to remake my Contour AV Adjustable Bed. Adjustamatic ensured I was aware of the progress of my delivery and I received a bouquet of flowers the next day as an apology!
They do not make excuses, they own up to their mistakes and duly improve. As well as the after sales service which ensured myself and my husband have no issues with the bed for example replacing the gliders with wheels to make it easier for us to move.
